The Deco Apartments is a thoughtfully designed residential complex that exemplifies contemporary elegance within a compact urban footprint. Rising across four levels, this sleek, modern structure reimagines apartment living through a minimalist yet distinctive architectural language.

The façade is characterized by a striking interplay of clean geometric forms and soft, natural hues. A bold frame accentuates the front balconies, creating deep shadows and visual depth while simultaneously offering semi-private outdoor spaces.

Functionality remains at the core of the design. The ground level features covered parking and understated landscaping, providing a seamless transition between street and home, while each upper floor contains spacious units with natural light, cross-ventilation, and thoughtfully integrated green pockets, blurring the boundary between indoor comfort and outdoor tranquility.
