Manos has extensive experience in a wide range of private sector projects. He specializes in studies for HVAC systems, licensing sanitary shops, crafts, industries and compliance with safety standards and sanitation issues in business premises and workplaces. He is a Building Auditor for the Ministry of Environment & Energy for Electro-Mechanological Installations.

Manos Garefalakis
Civil Engineer, Technical University of Patras

Manos handles the practice’s structural design workflow. Throughout his career he has been involved in the execution of numerous projects with varying typologies and budget requirements. Furthermore, he has broad experience in real estate consulting and construction quality management. He is a Building Auditor for the Ministry of Environment & Energy.

Mara Xanthogeorgi
Architect, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Mara is the practice’s managing partner. She is a seasoned architect with award winning work in her portfolio (5th Biennale of Landscape Architecture) and with broad experience in construction and project management. Her duties within the team include also business planning & financial management.

Kostis Chachlakis
Architect, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, MUP NTUA

Kostis leads the architectural design team. His design work is extensive and it includes a large array of public and private sector projects. He is a Building Auditor for the Ministry of Environment & Energy. For the years 2020-2022 he will serve as a full member of the Council A’ of Urban Issues and Disputes of the Prefecture of Lassithi and an alternate member of the Architectural Committee.
